Silver Star Cafe is sending out the Deployed Unit to the streets of Greater Grand Rapids this upcoming 2018 season. Owner and Operator, Nate Peltier, is a disabled Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom Veteran. Silver Star Cafe is a Military Themed operation that provides Gourmet Toasted Subs and Wraps. We take an uncanny approach and pride in all that we do. It is our true Honor to serve and give back to all patrons of the beautiful Greater Grand Rapids. We understand the dynamics in which the industry faces and recognize the unique opportunity to join forces to serve the mass amount of people who crave the street foods in which we are able to prepare on site. We believe that our food trailer brings unique food options in which people may not normally have access to. Silver Star Cafe brings people together in a centrally located place in order to share great food and great conversation. It's all about the comradery and a good time.
