Cannoli Joe's food truck was new to the streets of Portland in 2015 after catering for 5 years and will be back at it Spring of 2016. Joe's specializes in over 30 flavors of Cannoli and other Italian pastry and desserts. You can find them roaming the streets of Portland around Spring St, Commercial St, the Eastern Prom, and other various locations and events.
